Insurance Information
Most insurance plans accepted. Please call your insurance carrier to discuss your acupuncture benefits prior to your first appointment. You will need to ask how many acupuncture treatments are allowed per calendar year according to your specific plan. Also, please inquire whether your specific condition is covered and if a referral is required by your primary care provider.
If you do not have acupuncture benefits, payment is expected on the day of service and we apply a 25% discount. We accept several forms of payment including cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.
